I purchased this DSM on Sept 1st,
Very pleased, I make other items with the mud and I was so happy to have found more, due to covid, my regular supplier was not availabe.
I ordered on Sept 1st, thinking it would take at least a week.
The website did not indicate any delay, as a matter of fact it had just the opposite, nevertheless I still didnot expect my order any earlier than a week.
On Sept 21st @ 10:am Ieft a msg. No response
On Sept 25th @ 11:39 I left another msg, No response
On Sept 27 @ 10:11 I left a msg and an email.
On Sept 28th @ 11:35 I left a voicemail and an email
On October 7th, after I sent MY LAST email, I contacted the Better Business Burea .
Within 2-3 hours, I got a email from Elegantminerals that my order was on the way.
After I got a hold of Better Business Burea, I was instructed to wait until I redeived the order. It arrived on October 11th.
6 1/2 weeks after I originally ordered it.
